OAK TREE SPINE CENTER Woodrum/ASD developed the business plan and this spine diagnostic and treatment center. This pain management center includes a licensed surgery center with areas for a C-Arm, and CT Scanner for Interventional Radiology treatments for spine patients. Woodrum/ASD is responsible for ongoing marketing of the center and holds equity in the center.
ANESTHESIA AND PAIN MANAGEMENT, P.C. Performed comprehensive operational audit on very
large and comprehensive, pain management practice for anesthesia
group providing these services at the HealthSouth Rehab Hospital
in Birmingham, Alabama. Evaluation included analysis of: billing,
coding, business office and scheduling functions, staffing
in both the clinic and hospital same day surgery areas, evaluation
of personnel and revising job descriptions, suggesting a marketing
and promotional strategy, evaluating which of the services
were most lucrative to offer, review of current contract with
hospital in conjunction with groupÕs attorney. Client reference

PAIN MANAGEMENT OF TEXAS Completed feasibility study for a free-standing,
interventional pain management center for large anesthesia
practice. Fees for workmans comp, direct contracts, and image
HMOs/PPOs were researched along with litigation work in PO
area.
PAIN MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES Development of a business plan for Physiatry and
Neurosurgeon to develop a multi-unit pain structure in the
Washington, D.C./Maryland suburban areas. Financial and marketing
plan implemented along with selected locations and capitalization.
