Woodrum/Ambulatory Systems Development conducted a complete statistical analysis on twenty-five critical management factors related to the performance of all five immediate care centers. Operational recommendations made for each center based on comparison of Alliant statistical performance with W/ASD's experience and national performance data. Recommendations were made related to revenue enhancement, fees and charging procedures, staffing, medical supply and drug costs, occupational expenses, and operating hours.

HOLT-KROK CLINIC
Fort Smith, Arkansas

Holt-Krock Clinic engaged Woodrum/Ambulatory Systems Development for multiple consults related to their ambulatory business. Hold-Krock clinic is PhyCor, Inc.'s largest clinic in the U.S., and has over thirteen locations in Arkansas and Oklahoma.
W/ASD provided the following services:

Analysis of existing Arkansas satellite clinics related to expansion of services, physical improvements, validation of new locations and helping locate new 15,000 square foot, multi-service clinic.
Evaluation of occupational medicine program plans and recommendations regarding how to integrate expansion of this program into existing and new clinic locations.
Financial program analysis of potential joint venture of Clinic's surgery center with local hospitals.
Evaluation of physical and program expansion of existing 16,000 square foot ambulatory surgery center at Clinic.
Served as expert witness on behalf o the Clinic in a successful arbitration dispute regarding architectural design of surgery center meeting site licensing and Medicare certification standards.

HUNTINGTON FAMILY MEDICAL CLINIC

Worked to develop a new family practice group, including office systems, office setup, furnishings, equipment, performance evaluation procedures, and marketing strategies.

Analyzed fees and reimbursement for maximizing profits at a nationally recognized, 40-acre medical complex. Provided analysis and recommendations for negotiations with HMOs, PPOs, and other third-party payors.
